Beth Kobel

Beth was appointed as the BSP Strategic Lead for Brent Schools Partnership in September 2021 after 18 years of senior leadership roles in Brent, including successful Headship of one of Brent’s larger all-through schools (EYFS – 6th form).   Beth has also worked in school improvement, consultancy and for Ambition School Leadership as a development coach.

Beth’s vision is to lead Partners for Excellence- Brent Schools Partnership in representing the aspirations of Brent schools and providing a service that caters for their needs as schools progress and improve.  Central to Beth’s vision is a relentless drive to develop inspirational teachers and leaders, who provide excellence by embracing continual learning themselves in the context of perpetual change. It is this passion and drive that will ensure the Brent Schools Partnership meets the emerging needs of all its schools, as an organisation led by schools for schools.

Kiran Matharu

Kiran joined the BSP team at the start of 2022 having almost 10 years’ experience in operations and corporate communications working in an array of industries. Expertise in media relations, digital, social media, events, marketing, brand development and internal communications. She is the lead lecturer of the Amos Digital Marketing course at the University of Greenwich. She has a passion for the education system and is always learning more.

Kiran oversees the operational and communication activity at the Brent School Partnership with the commercial focus of building strong working relationships with clients, partners and team members by nurturing high-performance culture and as well as attracting new clients.
